Refund policy

1-Day Return Period: 

We offer a return policy for a period of 1 days from the date of delivery. Within this timeframe, you may return eligible items based on the following conditions:

  • Products must be returned in the same condition as shipped; poor condition or damage voids the refund.
  • Please note that returns for reasons other than manufacturing defects or incorrect products are not eligible for a refund. We encourage you to carefully review the product details and images before making a purchase.
  • Partial payment is non-refundable


1) Manufacturing Defect: If you receive a product with any manufacturing defect, you may return it for a refund.

2) Incorrect Product: If you receive a different product from what you have ordered, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us immediately through our email at Aaragallore@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +91 8810419691 to inform us of the issue.

3) Product Cancelation: You can cancel the order prior to the dispatch of product. However, once the products have been dispatched, and you want to cancel the order, you may reach out to customer support and request for order cancellation. We would try to avoid making an attempt for delivery. However, in case the courier still attempts the delivery, you may reject to accept the delivery of the shipment. Refund for prepaid orders will be processed in the original mode of payment upon receipt of the items in our warehouse.

  • Cancellation Policy for Pre-Paid Orders:
    Pre-paid orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch. If the order is cancelled after being dispatched, a cancellation fee of ₹100 will be charged.

4) Size Exchange or Return If you are opting for a Money Refund to the Original payment method, it will incur a reverse logistic fee of 140. The refund will be processed upon receipt and verification of the returned shipment.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, please inform us within 1 days of receiving your shipment. It is necessary that you make a video for the unboxing process, as this will assist us in verifying the eligibility of the return request.
